This guide outlines the technical requirements for using Canvass Global’s platform effectively. Whether you’re a camera owner or law enforcement officer, ensuring your system meets these requirements will provide the best experience.

Minimum Requirements

  • Upload Speed: 2 Mbps
  • Minimum Resolution: 480p (640×480)
  • Browser: Must support HTML5 file upload

Network Requirements

Firewall and Security

Ensure your firewall allows connections to:

  • HTTPS (Port 443) for secure connections
  • WebSocket connections for real-time updates
  • Canvass Global domains: *.canvassglobal.com
